Формоутворення одягу з повсті

Abstract

В роботі розглянуто існуючі види сучасного формоутворення одягу в аспекті виготовлення його з повсті. Визначено, що повсть має специфічні формоутворюючі властивості та переваги над іншими матеріалами: можливість створення складних об’ємно-просторових форм та силуетів без швів та інших типових конструктивних елементів. Форма виробів з повсті та пластика її ліній обумовлюються конструкцією шаблону. Крім того, за рахунок варіювання виду розкладки волокон вовни на різних ділянках , а також здатності повсті до формування при увалюванні, до механічної посадки виробу на фігурі і при волого-тепловій обробці є можливість отримувати нову форму.

The work considers the existing types of modern desinging form of clothing in the aspect of making it from felt. It has been determined that the felts have specific desinging form properties and advantages over other materials: the possibility of creating complex space-spatial forms and silhouettes without seams and other typical constructive elements. The shape of the products of felt and plastic of its lines are conditioned by the design of the template. In addition, due to the variation of the type of layout of the wool fibers at different sites, as well as the ability of the felt to form during bearing, it is possible to get a new shape before the mechanical planting of the product on the figure and during the wet-heat treatment.
