Abstract

The article develops a methodological toolkit for assessing economic security and the effectiveness of its management for use in the practice of managing the economic security of higher education institutions. It is based on the developed system of balanced performance indicators for the functioning of the system of higher education institutions, which became the basis for calculating the level of economic security by an improved methodological approach to its evaluation; the original economic-mathematical model of structural type provides, by its transformation, the definition of the measurement of the effectiveness of economic security management system of higher education institutions.
