Встановлення показників ідентифікації листя Reynoutria sachalinensis (F. Schmidt) Nakai як компонента рослинного збору адаптогенними властивостями

Abstract

У статті подано матеріал з вивчення листя Reynoutria sachalinensis (F. Schmidt) Nakai, нового перспективного джерела активних фармацевтичних інгредієнтів. Проведено макроскопічний і мікроскопічний аналіз листя Reynoutria sachalinensis (F. Schmidt) Nakai. Встановлено особливості будови верхньої ті нижньої епідерми, наявність і будова трихом і включень, які можна використовувати у якості діагностичних ознак під час ідентифікації сировини. Доведено можливість використання сировини у якості компонента адаптогенного збору із антиоксидантними і геропротекторними властивостями. Запропоновано і обґрунтовано оптимальний склад лікарського засобу у формі збору на основі листя Reynoutria sachalinensis (F. Schmidt) Nakai, плодів Vaccinium myrtillus L. і листя Urtica dioica L. Вказано кількісний вміст кожного з компонентів. Проведено аналіз компонентного складу і наведено стадії технологічного процесу виробництва і вказані особливості первинної переробки лікарської сировини.

The article presents material for the study of leaves of Reynoutria sachalinensis (F. Schmidt) Nakai, a new promising source of active pharmaceutical ingredients. Macroscopic and microscopic analysis of leaves of Reynoutria sachalinensis (F. Schmidt) Nakai was performed. The features of the structure of the upper and lower epidermis, the presence and structure of trichomes and inclusions, which can be used as diagnostic features during the identification of raw materials, are established. The possibility of using raw materials as a component of adaptogenic collection with antioxidant and geroprotective properties has been proved. The optimal composition of the medicinal product in the form of collection on the basis of leaves of Reynoutria sachalinensis (F. Schmidt) Nakai, fruits of Vaccinium myrtillus L. and leaves of Urtica dioica L. The quantitative content of each component is indicated. The analysis of the component composition is carried out and the stages of the technologi of production are given and the peculiarities of primary processing of raw materials are indicated.
