Перспективи впровадження педагогічної валеології в освітній процес середньої школи

Abstract

There has been discussed the introduction of the subject «pedagogical valeology» instead of the subject «valeology» into the school curricula. The pedagogical approaches to the pedagogical issue of the question of saving the health of the younger generation have been grounded. In addition, the factors affecting the implementation of the pedagogical foundations of health for teachers and pupils have been distinguished. There has been emphasized the influence of personal example of parents and teachers on the formation of knowledge and skills, and mostly important, the desires of young generation to take care of their health. The authors reveal the concepts of pedagogical valeology, which include valeological education, valeological training, valeological upbringing, valeological knowledge, valeological culture. It is noted that full implementation of the contents of teacher’s valeological-pedagogical activity is possible if the following tasks are completed: 1) educational process construction in accordance with the purpose of humanistic education; 2) teaching healthy living to students; 3) creation of healthy educational environment; 4) development in pupils the general culture and as a part of it the health culture; 5) forming and providing pupils’ health.
