Комп'ютерно-інтегрована система автоматизованого керування дешламатором секції збагачення збагачувального комбінату

Abstract

Дипломну магістерську роботу присвячено розробленню комп’ютерно-інтегрованої системи автоматизованого керування дешламатором секції збагачення збагачувального комбінату. В роботі розглянуті склад основних споруд збагачувального комбінату, технологічна схема збагачення збагачувального комбінату. В якості об’єкту керування обрано магнітний дешламатор МД-5. Проведений аналіз недоліків існуючого стану ведення технологічного процесу. На основі проведеного аналізу розроблена комп'ютерно-інтегрована система автоматизованого керування технологічним процесом переділу дешламації секції збагачення збагачувального комбінату. Розроблено математичне забезпечення для контуру регулювання рівня магнетиту та контуру регулювання рівня переливу дешламатора. Розроблені алгоритми для даних підсистем комп’ютерно-інтегрованої системи автоматизованого керування дешламатором. Розроблена функціональна схема автоматизації технологічного процесу переділу дешламації. Обрано технічні засоби та програмне забезпечення розроблюваної системи для організації оперативного керування процесом дешламації. Розроблена екранна форма комп’ютерно-інтегрованої системи автоматизованого керування технологічним процесом дешламатора секції збагачення збагачувального комбінату.

The master's thesis is devoted to the development of a computer-integrated system of automated control of the deshlamator of the enrichment section of the enrichment plant. The paper considers the composition of the main facilities of the concentrator, the technological scheme of beneficiation of the concentrator. The magnetic deshlamator MD-5 was chosen as the object of control. An analysis of the shortcomings of the current state of the technological process. On the basis of the conducted analysis the computer-integrated system of the automated control of technological process of redistribution of desglamation of section of enrichment of concentrator is developed. Mathematical software for the magnetite level control circuit and the deshlamator overflow level control circuit has been developed. Algorithms have been developed for these subsystems of the computer-integrated automated deshlamator control system. The functional scheme of automation of technological process of redistillation redistribution is developed. The technical means and software of the developed system for the organization of operative management of the deshlamation process are chosen. The screen form of the computer-integrated system of automated process control of the deshlamator of the enrichment section of the enrichment plant has been developed.
