Розрахунки деталей складних форм та критеріальних за розмірами на втомлену довговічність та надійність

Abstract

Представлено систематизацію та узагальнення традиційних методів розв'язку прикладних задач по забезпеченню заданого рівня втомленої довговічності та надійності деталей. Подано рекомендації з їх використання в детермінованій або ймовірнісній постановці стосовно деталей складних форм без надлишку запасів міцності в залежності від стадії проектування та наявної інформації. Запропоновано методологічний підхід з вибору раціональних конструкцій за довговічністю та надійністю їх деталей, що мають втомлене руйнування.

Представлена систематизація и обобщение традиционных методов решения прикладных задач по обеспечению заданного уровня усталостной долговечности и надежности деталей. Даны рекомендации по их использованию в детерминированной или вероятностной постановке применительно к деталям сложных форм, не имеющих избытка запасов прочности, в зависимости от стадии проектирования и исходной информации. Предложен методологический подход к выбору рациональных конструкций по долговечности и надежности их деталей с усталостными разрушениями.

Тhe purpose of the article is systematization and generalization of traditional methods of calculation of fatigue strength and reliability of details. This article shows development of theory and methodology on these questions in relation to the details of difficult forms without surplus of supply of strength. This is a recommendation on the use of methods in the determined or probabilistic raising depending on the stage of planning and initial information taking into account a specific and suppositions. It is offered calculation-еxperimental method for determination of longevity after the curve of fatigue of detail. It is built as a result of power analysis and information about the resource of detail from the operating supervisions of equipment. For the probabilistic estimation of loading detail the impact load was presented in a kind a polynomial. This got model allows determining forces at any values of factors, to examine loading as function of casual arguments, set the degree of influence of different factors on the size of force. Position of construction of function of distributing of longevity is expounded after the criterion of fatigue strength at the different values of coefficient of variation of loading. Its use is instrumental in mathematical support of choice of rational designer decisions, substantial reduction of terms and increase of reliability of the mechanical systems, on the different stages of planning.
