Дослідження ріст-стимулювальних властивостей бактерій, асоційованих з судинними рослинами Антарктики

Abstract

Дипломну магістерську роботу присвячено дослідженню ріст-стимулювальних властивостей бактерій, асоційованих з судинними рослинами Антарктики. У дипломній роботі обґрунтовано дослідження ріст-стимулюючих властивостей бактерій та показані перспективи їх використання в біотехнології. Представлено таблиці результатів, в яких чітко описані характеристики та властивості досліджуваних штамів бактерій. Дипломна робота включає літературний огляд сучасних уявлень щодо впливу ендофітних бактерій на ріст та розвиток рослин, методи визначення властивостей досліджуваних штамів бактерій, асоційованих з судинними рослинами Антарктики та середовища, на яких проводились дослідження.

The master's thesis is devoted to the research of growth-stimulating properties of bacteria associated with Antarctic vascular plants. The thesis substantiates the study of the growth-stimulating properties of bacteria and shows the prospects of their use in biotechnology. Tables of results are presented, which clearly describe the characteristics and properties of the tested bacterial strains. The thesis includes a literature review of modern ideas about the influence of endophytic bacteria on the growth and development of plants, methods of determining the properties of the investigated bacterial strains associated with Antarctic vascular plants and the environment on which the research was conducted.
