Аналітичне дослідження кута кулірування на в'язальних машинах зі швінгами

Abstract

Для зменшення ступеня защемлення нитки при куліруванні, тобто для забезпечення технологічних вимог до кута кулірування, і зменшення удару п’яток голок по клину, тобто для забезпечення механічних вимог, застосовуються різні конструкції в’язальних механізмів. Однією із таких відомих конструкцій в’язального механізму передбачається використання для переміщення язичкових голок важільного механізму зі швінгами. У роботі визначено функцію користувача для кута розрахунку механічного кута кулірування нитки. Побудований графік для визначення механічного кута кулірування при необхідному співвідношенні довжин плечей важеля.

Various designs of knitting mechanisms are used to reduce the degree of pinching of the thread during bending, to meet the technological requirements for the bending angle and to reduce the action of the heels of the needles on the wedge, to meet mechanical requirements. One such known design of the knitting mechanism involves the use of a lever mechanism with levers to move the reed needles. The user function for the mechanical bending angle of the thread and the mechanical bending angle of the thread is defined in the work. The graph is constructed to determine the mechanical bending angle at the required ratio of the lengths of the arms of the lever.
