Публічні комунікації у процесі прийняття управлінських рішень

Abstract

Випускна бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню сучасного стану та проблем публічних комунікацій у процесі прийняття управлінських рішень та також розробці рекомендацій щодо їх покращення. У роботі проведений аналіз особливостей сучасного державного управління та виявлено проблеми, з якими стикається науково-технічна політика в Україні. Зроблено оцінку впливу комунікаційних процесів на ефективність і ринкові позиції досліджуваного підприємства, розроблено рекомендації, покликані підвищити рівень ефективності комунікаційної взаємодії в організації.

The final bachelor's thesis is devoted to the study of the current state and problems of public communications in the process of making managerial decisions, as well as the development of recommendations for their improvement. The paper analyzes the features of modern state administration and identifies the problems faced by science and technology policy in Ukraine. An assessment of the impact of communication processes on the effectiveness and market positions of the enterprise under study was made, recommendations were developed to increase the level of effectiveness of communication interaction in the organization.
