Формування кадрової політики організації

Abstract

Випускну бакалаврську роботу присвячено вивченню процесу формування кадрової політики організації на прикладі успішної компанії ТОВ "Нова Пошта". Метою дипломної роботи є детальне дослідження формування кадрової політики ТОВ "Нова Пошта" з метою розкриття її особливостей, впливу на результативність компанії та розробки рекомендацій для вдосконалення даного процесу. Дослідження базується на зборі та аналізі відповідної літератури, нормативних актів, статистичних даних та прямих спостережень.

The final bachelor's thesis is devoted to the study of the process of forming an organization's personnel policy on the example of a successful company, Nova Poshta LLC. The purpose of the thesis is to conduct a detailed study of the formation of the HR policy of Nova Poshta LLC in order to reveal its features, impact on the company's performance and develop recommendations for improving this process. The study is based on the collection and analysis of relevant literature, regulations, statistics and direct observations.
