Мотивація трудової діяльності працівників підприємства

Abstract

Випускну бакалаврську роботу присвячено дослідженню методів мотивації трудової діяльності працівників підприємства. Вивчено та досліджено методи мотивації трудової діяльності працівників підприємства. Проведено дослідження та аналіз основних методів мотивації трудової діяльності, введені заходи щодо їх покращення на підприємстві ФОП "Карамянц". На підставі дослідження діяльності ФОП "Карамянц" розглянуто основні проблеми мотивації персоналу, проведенно опитування серед персоналу стосовно умов праці.

The final bachelor's thesis is devoted to the study of methods of motivating the labor activity of the company's employees. The methods of motivating the labor activity of the company's employees have been studied and researched. Research and analysis of the main methods of motivation of labor activity have been carried out, and measures to improve them at the enterprises of the "Karamyants" FPO have been given. On the basis of the study of the activities of the "Karamyants" non-profit organization, the main problems of staff motivation are considered, and a survey was conducted among the staff regarding working conditions.
