Abstract

В представленій роботі проведено аналіз основних складових розвитку інклюзивної економіки. Визначено детермінанти розвитку економічних процесів. Метою представленої роботи є дослідження основних детермінант розвитку економічних процесів, визначити основні складові інклюзивної економіки. Методами дослідження є аналіз і систез для визначення основних складових розвитку економічних процесів, індукції та дедукції для аналізу основних детермінант розвитку інклюзивної економіки, графічний метод для наочного представлення результатів дослідження. Розвиток інклюзивної економіки залежить від різноманітних детермінантів, які впливають на створення та зміцнення інклюзивних процесів і структур в економіці. Ефективне регулювання та політика можуть стимулювати розвиток інклюзивної економіки. Законодавчі акти та політичні рішення, спрямовані на підтримку соціально вразливих груп, рівний доступ до ресурсів та можливостей для всіх, є важливими факторами в успішному розвитку інклюзивної економіки. Інклюзивна економіка потребує висококваліфікованої робочої сили, здатної до інноваційного мислення та адаптації до змін. Інвестиції в освіту, навчання та розвиток навичок сприяють розбудові людського капіталу та забезпеченню інклюзивного розвитку. Важливим детермінантом інклюзивної економіки є забезпечення рівного доступу до ресурсів, послуг та можливостей для всіх. Це включає доступ до ринку праці, кредитів, фінансових послуг, освіти, охорони здоров'я, а також включення жінок, інвалідів, молоді та інших соціально вразливих груп. Створення сприятливих умов для розвитку підприємництва та малих та середніх підприємств може сприяти інклюзивному росту економіки. Підтримка малого та середнього бізнесу, зниження бар'єрів для підприємництва, а також інноваційність та доступ до технологій можуть сприяти створенню нових робочих місць та розвитку інклюзивної економіки. Розвиток інклюзивної економіки потребує доступу до фінансових послуг для всіх верств населення. Забезпечення доступу до банківських послуг, мікрокредитування, страхування та інвестицій може забезпечити фінансову стійкість та розвиток соціально спрямованих проектів. Фінансова інклюзія сприяє включенню різних соціальних груп у фінансову систему, допомагає знижувати бідність та стимулює економічний розвиток.

An important determinant of an inclusive economy is ensuring equal access to resources, services and opportunities for all. This includes access to the labor market, credit, financial services, education, health care, as well as the inclusion of women, the disabled, youth and other socially vulnerable groups. Creating favorable conditions for the development of entrepreneurship and small and medium-sized enterprises can contribute to the inclusive growth of the economy. Supporting small and medium-sized businesses, reducing barriers to entrepreneurship, as well as innovation and access to technology can contribute to the creation of new jobs and the development of an inclusive economy. The development of an inclusive economy requires access to financial services for all segments of the population. Providing access to banking services, microcredit, insurance and investments can ensure financial sustainability and the development of socially oriented projects. Financial inclusion promotes inclusion of different social groups in the financial system, helps reduce poverty and stimulates economic development.
