Роль навісних фасадів у процесі редевелопменту індустріальних споруд

Abstract

В роботі розглянуто питання застосування технології навісних фасадів при редевелопменті старих індустріальних споруд під сучасні поліфункціональні простори та визначається їх роль у цьому процесі. Особлива увага приділяється технічним та естетичним аспектам використання навісних фасадів, надано перелік можливих будівельних матеріалів при використанні даної технології, зазначено переваги та недоліки кожного. Розглянуто найвідоміші приклади в галузі редевелопменту промислових споруд із застосуванням цієї технології, причини успіху реалізації цих проектів. Матеріал може бути корисним для представників архітектурної спільноти, котрі починають заглиблюватись у тему ревалоризації промислових об'єктів, а також для тих, хто зацікавлений в сучасному дизайні архітектурного середовища.

The article examines the application of hinged facade technology in the redevelopment of old industrial buildings into modern functional spaces and determines their role in this process. Special attention is paid to the technical and aesthetic aspects of the use of hinged facades, a list of possible building materials when using this technology is provided, the advantages and disadvantages of each are indicated. The most famous examples in the field of redevelopment of industrial buildings using this technology are considered, the reasons for the success of these projects are considered.
