Проєктування системи моделей жакету жіночого та технологічного процесу його виготовлення в умовах промислового виробництва з удосконаленням методів обробки

Abstract

В конструкторському розділі спроектовано "сімейство" моделей жакетів для жінок, вибрано та описано базову модель жакету жіночого, розроблено комплект проектно-конструкторської документації для впровадження виробу у виробництво. Для обраної моделі побудовано конструкцію та проведено оцінку якості її побудови. На основі базової моделі розроблено технічні ознаки моделей-модифікацій та побудовано креслення конструкції, проведена оцінка технологічності однієї з запропонованих моделей та оцінка якості запропонованих моделей. В спецрозділі проведений поглиблений аналіз діючих методів обробки жакетів жіночих. Як об’єкт дослідження обрані методи обробки наступних вузлів виробу: коміру; борту; защипів; рукава та вшивання в пройму; низу виробу. В результаті впровадження розроблених заходів отримано зниження трудомісткості виробу, а очікуване зростання продуктивності праці 4,7%. В технологічному розділі складено раціональну технологічну послідовність обробки жакету жіночого. Виконано кресленик загального виду моделі жакету жіночого. Виконано попередній розрахунок потоку та складено схему поділу праці. Проведено аналіз схеми поділу праці та розраховано техніко-економічні показники. Проведено розрахунок площі швейного цеху та за раціональною схемою поділу праці виконано розпланування обладнання в швейному цеху. Виконано проектування процесу виготовлення жакетів жіночих в умовах промислового виробництва, розроблено структуру процесу, складено схему поділу праці основних цехів підприємства. Результати роботи були представлені на VІI Міжнародній науково-практичній конференції текстильних та фешн технологій KyivTex&Fashion.

In the design section, a family of models of jackets for women was designed, the basic model of a women's jacket was selected and described, a set of design and construction documentation was developed for the introduction of the product into production. For the selected model, a structure was built and the quality of its construction was assessed. On the basis of the basic model, the technical features of the modification models were developed and construction drawings were built, an assessment of the manufacturability of one of the proposed models and an assessment of the quality of the proposed models was carried out. In the special section, an in-depth analysis of current methods of processing women's jackets was carried out. Methods of processing the following product nodes were selected as the object of research: collar; board; pinched; sleeves and armhole stitching; the bottom of the product. As a result of the implementation of the developed measures, the labor intensity of the product was reduced, and the expected increase in labor productivity was 4.7%. In the technological section, a rational technological sequence of processing a women's jacket is compiled. The drawing of the general view of the model of the women's jacket has been completed. A preliminary calculation of the flow was performed and a division of labor scheme was drawn up. An analysis of the division of labor scheme was carried out and technical and economic indicators were calculated. The area of the sewing shop was calculated and the layout of the equipment in the sewing shop was carried out according to the rational division of labor scheme. The design of the process of manufacturing women's jackets in the conditions of industrial production was carried out, the structure of the process was developed, and the division of labor scheme of the main workshops of the enterprise was drawn up. The results of the work were presented at the VII International scientific and practical conference of textile and fashion technologies KyivTex&Fashion.
