Управління конкурентними перевагами підприємства

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено дослідженню теоретичних положень та обґрунтуванню практичних рекомендацій щодо управління конкурентними перевагами підприємства. На підставі дослідження діяльності ТОВ “VeAn tattoo” обгрунтовано основні проблемні питання поточного етапу розвитку підприємства, проведено комплексну діагностику діяльності підприємств та його конкурентних переваг, запропоновано набір конкурентних стратегій. Обгрунтовано основні механізми забезпечення конкурентних переваг ТОВ “VeAn tattoo” за рахунок активізації інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності, що сприятиме довгостроковому розвитку підприємства.

The qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical provisions and the justification of practical recommendations for managing the competitive advantages of the enterprise. Based on the study of the activities of LLC “VeAn tattoo”, the main problematic issues of the current stage of the enterprise’s development are substantiated, a comprehensive diagnosis of the enterprise’s activities and its competitive advantages is carried out, a set of competitive strategies is proposed. The main mechanisms for ensuring the competitive advantages of LLC “VeAn tattoo” through the activation of investment and innovation activities are substantiated, which will contribute to the long-term development of the enterprise.
