Peculiarities of translating official letters

Abstract

The work analyzes the linguistic and stylistic features of translating official business letters as a key form of international professional communication. Special attention is paid to the characteristics of the official-business style, the structure of business correspondence, and the typical thematic types of letters. The study also examines translation transformations that ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with the norms of the Ukrainian language in the translation of English business documents.
