Роль громадянського суспільства у формуванні політичних рішень

Abstract

Метою дослідження є визначення теоретичних основ та аналіз практичних аспектів участі громадянського суспільства у формуванні політичних рішень в Україні, а також виявлення основних викликів та перспектив його розвитку. У роботі розглянуто сутність і складові громадянського суспільства, проаналізовано історичні аспекти його становлення. Досліджено особливості політичної участі інститутів громадянського суспільства в Україні, форми та інструменти впливу на процес прийняття рішень. Представлено приклади участі громадських організацій та органів самоорганізації населення у вирішенні ключових політичних питань. Виокремлено основні проблеми та бар’єри розвитку громадянського суспільства в сучасних умовах. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності його впливу на політичні процеси та посилення демократичних засад державного управління.

The purpose of the study is to define the theoretical foundations and analyze the practical aspects of civil society’s participation in shaping political decisions in Ukraine, as well as to identify the main challenges and prospects for its development. The paper examines the essence and components of civil society and analyzes the historical aspects of its formation. The research explores the peculiarities of political participation of civil society institutions in Ukraine, as well as the forms and instruments of their influence on decision-making processes. Examples of participation of non-governmental organizations and self-organization bodies of the population in addressing key political issues are presented. The main problems and barriers to the development of civil society in the current context are highlighted. Recommendations are proposed to improve the effectiveness of its influence on political processes and to strengthen the democratic foundations of public governance.
