| Abstract: | The analysis of Ukrainian higher education functioning is conducted. The position of higher education in world ranking was determined due to analysis data. A number of factors having negative impact on innovative development of higher education in Ukraine have been identified. Проведено аналіз стану функціонування вищої освіти в Україні. В результаті проведеного аналізу за низкою показників визначено її місце у світовому рейтингу. Визначено ряд факторів, що здійснюють негативний вплив на інноваційний розвиток вищої освіти в Україні. Проведен анализ функционирования высшего образования в Украине. В результате проведенного анализа по ряду показателей определено его место в мировом рейтинге. Определен ряд факторов, оказывающих негативное влияние на инновационное развитие высшего образования в Украине. |
