Забезпечення ситуації успіху студентів як прояв педагогічної майстерності викладача

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема забезпечення ситуації успіху студентів у закладах вищої освіти. У результаті проведеного дослідження виявлено, що ситуація успіху на заняттях передбачає використання викладачем позитивних емоцій, а також прийомів індивідуально-особистісної підтримки. Доведено, що переживання успіху вселяє у студентів впевненість у власних силах, розвиває креативність, заохочує до активності, сприяє професійній спрямованості. Обгрунтовано, що для забезпечення ситуації успіху викладач повинен володіти педагогічною майстерністю.

В статье рассматривается проблема обеспечения ситуации успеха студентов в учреждениях высшего образования. В результате проведенного исследования выявлено, что ситуация успеха на занятиях предусматривает использование преподавателем положительных эмоций, а также приемов индивидуально-личностной поддержки. Доказано, что переживание успеха внушает студентам уверенность в собственных силах, развивает креативность, поощряет к активности, способствует профессиональной направленности. Обосновано, что для обеспечения ситуации успеха преподаватель должен обладать педагогическим мастерством.

The article deals with the problem of ensuring the students’ success in the course of studies at a higher education institution. The situation of success is considered as the creation of a teacher of such circumstances, which would have necessarily been successful for the student, namely: provided educational achievement, high social assessment, public recognition of individual achievements. As a result of the research, it was found that the situation of success at the classes involves the use of a teacher of positive emotions that increase the motivation of studying, as well as methods of personal support: optimism about the students’ abilities, creating conditions for successful activity, objective assessment of the results. It was found that success increases the confidence of students in their own abilities, positively affects the achievement of good results in the future, promotes their professional orientation. The students of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design, who were interviewed by us, pointed out among the positive factors in using the situation of success at the classes: development of self-confidence, identification and improvement of creative abilities, encouragement for active work at the lesson. It is substantiated that in order to ensure the success of the situation, the teacher must have a pedagogical skill, in particular, professional and personal qualities, pedagogical technique, which will be shown in encouraging words, corresponding intonation, melodicity of speech, tactfulness, benevolent facial expressions, gestures. Also, the teacher of higher education should be professionally competent, guided in teaching activities humanistic orientation – the key to the pedagogy of success, which involves the creation of pedagogical conditions aimed at the formation of professional student consciousness, focus on successful professional activities, self-development and self-development. Creating a success story in the student's learning process affects on their future and becoming professionals.
