Особливості формування плавучих модульних будівель на території України

Abstract

У статті приведені результати аналізу зарубіжного і вітчизняного досвіду з проектування та будівництва надводних споруд; досліджуються сучасні модульні житлові плавучі об'єкти в структурі водних поверхонь України, розглянуто їх конструктивні особливості, способи формування об'ємно-просторових рішень і тенденції розвитку їх дизайну.

В статье приведены результаты анализа зарубежного и отечественного опыта проектирования и строительства надводных сооружений; исследуются современные модульные жилые плавучие объекты в структуре водных поверхностей Украины, рассмотрены их конструктивные особенности, способы формирования объемно-пространственных решений, тенденции развития их дизайна.

The results of the analysis of foreign and domestic experience in the design and building of surface structures are presented; the modern modular residential floating objects in the structure of water surfaces of Ukraine are investigated, their design features, methods of forming spatial solutions and possible trends in the development of their designe are considered The article examines the experience of foreign architects of the beginning of the 21st century, which have been intensively developing the concept of designing surface structures of not only individual residential buildings, but also entire residential buildings (in particular, the activities of the Dutch architect Cohen Oltuis, the founder of the Waterstudio architectural bureau, who devoted his research to the problem of surface installations design, as well as increasing resilience of cities to extreme weather events due to the competent inclusion of water recreation in the city. It also the installations on the water in other European countries and in the United States.
