Abstract:	У статті розглянуто особливості процесу формування кадрової політики організації. Проведено аналіз показників кількісного, якісного складу та руху персоналу ТОВ «СІ ЕЛ СІ» і визначено основні принципи і завдання кадрової політики даної організації. The article deals with the peculiarities of the process of formation of personnel policy of the organization. The analysis of indicators of quantitative, qualitative composition and movement of personnel of LLC "SLS". Was carried out and the main principles and tasks of the personnel policy of the given organization.
