Abstract: У статті розкрито сутність та основні завдання оцінювання діяльності організації за новою моделлю ділової досконалості EFQM 2020 року як важливої складової в системі управління якістю – основи вдосконалення організації, досягнення її конкурентоспроможності на внутрішньому і світовому ринках та перемоги в конкурсах з якості.
The article describes the essence and main tasks of evaluating the organization's activity by the new model of business perfection EFQM 2020 as an important component in the quality management system – the basics of improving an organization, achieving its competitiveness in domestic and world markets and winning quality competitions.
