Дослідження відповідності сучасних фігур хлопчиків діючій нормативно-технічній документації для проєктування одягу

Abstract

У роботі використано контактний метод отримання антропометричної інформації, що характеризує фігуру дитини. Для визначення типів тілобудови був застосований антропологічний метод. При виготовленні одягу за існуючою нормативно-технічною документацією не враховуються сучасні особливості будови тіла дітей, що призводить до порушення відповідності готового виробу та зменшенню задоволеності споживачів співрозмірним одягом. Це свідчить про необхідність проведення широкого дослідження тілобудов дітей для перегляду існуючої системи типових фігур, а саме визначення оптимальні кількості фігур, типів будови тіла та їх кількісних характеристик. Встановлено значну невідповідність типологічного складу фігур за ОСТ 17-67-88 складу типових фігур сучасних хлопчиків, а саме тільки 48,34% сучасних фігур хлопчиків молодшого шкільного віку представлені в галузевому стандарті, а 3,7% - в інших вікових групах дитячого стандарту. На основі аналізу типових фігур хлопчиків молодшого шкільного віку розрахований відсотковий розподіл типорозмірів у вибірці та встановлений перелік типових фігур, які відсутні у відповідному стандарті. Визначено типологічний склад фігур хлопчиків молодшого шкільного віку за сполученням ведучих розмірних ознак для забезпечення підвищення рівня задоволеності цієї групи дітей одягом масового виробництва.

The work uses the contact method of obtaining anthropometric information characterizing the figure of the child. An anthropometric method was used to determine body types. The manufacture of clothing according to the existing regulatory and technical documentation does not take into account the modern features of the body of children, which will lead to a violation of the conformity of the finished product to a decrease in consumer satisfaction with commensurate clothing. This indicates the need for a broad study of the physique of the child population in order to revise the existing system of typical figures, namely, to determine the optimal number of figures, types of physiques and their quantitative characteristics. A significant discrepancy between the typological composition of the figures in comparison with OST 17-67-88 and the composition of the typical figures of modern boys has been established. Only 48.34% of today's primary school age boys are provided in the industry standard, and 3.7% in other child standard age groups. Based on the analysis of modern typical figures of boys of primary school age, the percentage distribution of standard sizes in the sample was calculated and a list of typical figures that were absent in the children's industry standard was established. The typological composition of the figures of boys of the younger age group has been determined, taking into account the leading dimensional characteristics to ensure an increase in the level of satisfaction of this group of children in the clothing of boys of mass production.
