Abstract

The aim of the work is to create software to manage research and teaching staff of the department of higher education. The use of a database to store information about staffing, vacancies in the department, or existing jobs deficit is the basis for optimizing the distribution of teachers in the department of available positions in automatic mode. Thus the use of computer technology to solve problems submitted allows to analyze a large number of acceptable options and choose the best. To achieve the objective formulated it is solved these problems. A database has been developed to store the personal staff of the department, information about each teacher assessments by teachers perform duties vacancies, estimates of expected losses in the presence of unfilled vacancies. A graphical interface to input and edit information about research and teaching staff has been created. The algorithm for determining the optimal allocation of teachers of the department for vacant positions has been proposed and realized. The means for output results distribution solution faculty chair for vacant positions on the screen and on the media hard copy of the data have been developed.
