Психолого-педагогічні умови розвитку комунікативної культури студентів

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано основні теоретичні підходи та наукові погляди на розвиток комунікативної культури майбутніх педагогів, розкрито зміст понять даної проблематики. Розглянуто педагогічні та психологічні умови, які сприятимуть формуванню та розвитку комунікативної культури студентів. Визначено необхідність розробки і реалізації проєктів розвитку комунікативної культури майбутніх фахівців.

At the present stage of development of Ukrainian society an important place in vocational education belongs to the communicative culture, which actually determines the presence of each specialist certain personal qualities, skills and abilities that ensure the achievement of goals in interpersonal interaction with other people, allow constructive communication, success in professional activity, to adapt to the new system of relations in the production team, to strive for self-improvement and self-realization. Communicative culture of personality is one of the leading essential characteristics of a modern specialist, one of the important indicators of the level of professional training. The need to train a person with a high level of communicative culture in higher education is explained by many reasons: low general level of communicative culture in society, insufficient level of communicative culture of a teacher in real professional activities, which does not always optimize the educational process; imperfect methods and practice of forming a communicative culture in higher education. Given the above, it can be argued that the problem of formation and development of communicative culture of students of higher education is relevant. The article analyzes the main theoretical approaches and scientific views on the development of communicative culture of future teachers, reveals the content of the concepts of this issue. The pedagogical and psychological conditions that will promote the formation and development of communicative culture of students are considered. The necessity of development and realization of projects of development of communicative culture of future experts is defined.
