Комп'ютерно-інтегрована система керування технологічним процесом пастеризації молока

Abstract

Дипломну магістерську роботу присвячено розробленню комп’ютерно-інтегрованої системи керування технологічним процесом пастеризації молока. Аналіз технологічного процесу показав, що для покращення роботи обслуговуючого персоналу та збільшення продуктивності і підвищення якості продукції слід вчасно реагувати на зміну параметрів технологічного процесу та вживати заходів на підтримання їх в допустимих межах. В якості об’єкту керування обрано пастеризатор. Проведений аналіз недоліків існуючого стану ведення технологічного процесу. На основі проведеного аналізу розроблена комп'ютерно-інтегрована система автоматизованого керування технологічним процесом пастеризації. Вибрано технічну реалізацію комп’ютерно-інтегрованої cистеми контролю і регулювання параметрів процесу пастеризації. Виконано синтез регулятора температури, запропоновано алгоритм програми для мікроконтролера, приведено послідовність програмування регулятора. Реалізована SCADA-система для керування технологічним процесом пастеризації молока.

The master's thesis is devoted to the development of a computer-integrated control system for the technological process of milk pasteurization. The analysis of the technological process showed that in order to improve the work of service personnel and increase productivity and improve the quality of products, it is necessary to respond in time to changes in the parameters of the technological process and take measures to maintain them within acceptable limits. The pasteurizer is selected as the control object. An analysis of the shortcomings of the existing state of technological process management was carried out. On the basis of the conducted analysis, a computer-integrated system of automated control of the technological process of pasteurization was developed. The technical implementation of the computer-integrated system of control and regulation of pasteurization process parameters was selected. The synthesis of the temperature regulator is performed, the program algorithm for the microcontroller is proposed, and the sequence of programming the regulator is given. A SCADA system for controlling the technological process of milk pasteurization has been implemented.
