Структурний синтез механізмів подачі нитки петельника швейних машин ланцюгового стібка класу 400

Abstract

В магістерській роботі проведений аналітичний огляд механізмів подачі петельникової нитки швейних машин ланцюгового стібка. Розроблена класифікація з урахуванням відомих механізмів та літературних джерел та доповнена розробками кафедри механічної інженерії. Уточнено процес утворення багатониткових ланцюгових стібків з урахуванням роботи механізму подачі нитки петельнику, отримано функції дійсної та необхідної подачі нитки петельнику для швейних машин багатониткового плоского ланцюгового стібка. Уточнено методику проєктування механізмів подачі нитки кулачкового типу та спроєктовано новий механізм подачі нитки. Експериментально визначено необхідну та дійсну подачу нитки петельника швейних машин кл 876 та 164 ф. Rimoldi. Експерементально отримано профіль кулачка машин кл 876 та 164 ф. Rimoldi, за отриманими параметрами була розроблена 3Д модель механізму подачі нитки петельника кулачкового типу, побудовані функції подачі дійсної та необхідної подачі нитки. Отримано аналітичні залежності функцій необхідної та дійсної подачі нитки петельнику, за якими отримано теоретичні значення законів подачі нитки. Виконаний синтез раціонального механізму подачі нитки голкам. Розроблені кресленники загального нового механізму подачі нитки петельнику. Розроблено кресленик складальний та кресленики деталей механізму.

In the master's thesis, an analytical review of the loop thread feeding mechanisms of chain stitch sewing machines was carried out. The classification was developed taking into account the known mechanisms and literary sources and supplemented by the developments of the department of mechanical engineering. The process of formation of multi-threaded chain stitches has been specified, taking into account the operation of the mechanism for feeding the thread to the looper, the functions of the actual and necessary feed of thread to the looper for sewing machines of multi-threaded flat chain stitch have been obtained. The method of designing cam-type thread feeding mechanisms has been clarified and a new thread feeding mechanism has been designed. The necessary and effective thread feed of the looper of sewing machines kl 876 and 164 f was determined experimentally. Rimoldi. The profile of the cam of the cl 876 and 164 f machines was experimentally determined. Rimoldi, based on the obtained parameters, a 3D model of the thread feed mechanism of the camtype looper was developed, the feed functions of the actual and required feed of the thread were built. Analytical dependences of the functions of the required and actual thread supply to the looper were obtained, according to which the theoretical values of the laws of thread supply were obtained. The synthesis of a rational mechanism for feeding the thread to the needles has been completed. Drafts of the general new thread feeding mechanism to the looper were developed. An assembly drawing and drawings of mechanism details have been developed.
