Сучасні підходи до організації дозвілля в закладах індустрії гостинності

Abstract

Роботу присвячено аналізу організації дозвілля у готелі "Radisson Blu Resort". Метою роботи є вдосконалення сучасних підходів до організації дозвілля в закладах індустрії гостинності. Об‘єктом дослідження є організація дозвілля в закладах гостинності як процес та сфера діяльності. Предметом дослідження є технології організації дозвілля в закладах гостинності та перспективи їх розвитку. У процесі написання роботи були розкриті питання поняття, сутність та завдання організації дозвілля в закладах індустрії гостинності, зокрема в готелі "Radisson Blu Resort", а також досліджено пропозиції щодо удосконалення організації дозвілля в даному готелі.

The work is devoted to the analysis of the leisure organization at the Radisson Blu Resort hotel. The purpose of the work is to improve modern approaches to the organization of leisure time in hospitality industry establishments. The object of the study is the organization of leisure time in hospitality establishments as a process and a field of activity. The subject of the study is the technology of leisure organization in hospitality establishments and prospects for their development. In the process of writing the paper, the issues of the concept, essence and tasks of leisure organization in the hospitality industry, in particular in the hotel "Radisson Blu Resort", were revealed, as well as proposals for improving the organization of leisure in this hotel were investigated.
