Дизайн-проєкт інтер’єру приміщення кав’ярні-кондитерської

Abstract

У дипломній роботі розглядається аналіз сучасних тенденцій дизайну закладів кав’ярень-кондитерських. Приділено увагу поняттю кав’ярні та визначено фактори, що сприяють комфорту та зручності перебування в інтер’єрі закладу кав’ярні-кондитерської, зокрема функціонально-планувальну організацію простору, поєднання кольорів, матеріалів та форм, а також естетичні засади до розробки дизайну кав’ярні-кондитерської. На основі проведеного дослідження в дипломній роботі презентовано концепцію та дизайн-проєкт закладу кав’ярні-кондитерської. Додатково розроблено альбом робочих креслень та фотореалістичних зображень інтер’єру, для успішної реалізації дизайн-проекту.

The thesis examines the analysis of modern trends in the design of coffee confectionery establishments. Attention is paid to the concept of a coffee shop and the factors contributing to the comfort and convenience of being in the interior of a coffee shop and pastry shop are determined, in particular the functional and planning organization of space, the combination of colors, materials and shapes, as well as the aesthetic principles for the development of coffee shop-confectionery design. On the basis of the conducted research, the concept and design project of the cafe confectionery establishment is presented in the thesis. An album of working drawings and photorealistic images of the interior was additionally developed for the successful implementation of the design project.
