Аналіз фінансового стану підприємства в системі менеджменту

Abstract

Випускну бакалаврську роботу присвячено питанням аналізу фінансового стану в системі менеджменту підприємства. Вивчено та досліджено поняття "фінансовий стан", наведено етапи та методики його аналізу, визначено місце фінансового аналізу в системі управління. Проведено комплексний аналіз діяльності підприємства з акцентом на фінансових результатах та фінансовій стійкості. Розглядаються процедури розробки фінансової стратегії відповідно до умов діяльності. Запропоновано впровадження фінансового контролінгу.

The final bachelor's thesis is devoted to the analysis of the financial situation in the management system of the enterprise. The concept of "financial condition" is studied and researched, the stages and methods of its analysis are given, the place of financial analysis in the management system is defined. A comprehensive analysis of the company's activities was carried out with an emphasis on financial results and financial stability. The procedures for developing a financial strategy in accordance with the conditions of activity are considered. Implementation of financial controlling is proposed.
