Зарубіжний досвід публічного управління та можливості його адаптації до умов України

Abstract

Метою дослідження є всебічний аналіз публічного управління в зарубіжних країнах та виявлення можливих шляхів його адаптації до умов України. Визначено особливості сучасного публічного управління в зарубіжних країнах та запропоновано заходи задля імплементації зарубіжного досвіду в Україні. Виконано систематизацію принципів публічного управління в зарубіжних країнах, проаналізовано особливості надання публічних послуг у зарубіжних країнах, визначено заходи запровадження досвіду публічного управління зарубіжних країн в Україні та надано пропозиції щодо подальшого реформування публічного управління в Україні.

The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of public administration in foreign countries and the identification of possible ways of its adaptation to the conditions of Ukraine. Features of modern public administration in foreign countries are identified and measures are proposed for the implementation of foreign experience in Ukraine. The systematization of the principles of public administration in foreign countries was carried out, the peculiarities of the provision of public services in foreign countries were analyzed, the measures for introducing the experience of public administration of foreign countries in Ukraine were determined, and proposals were made for the further reform of public administration in Ukraine.
