Аналіз конкурентних переваг підприємства

Abstract

Випускну бакалаврську роботу присвячено дослідженню теоретичних питань та обґрунтуванню практичних напрямів удосконалення процесу аналізу конкурентних переваг на підприємстві. На підставі проведеного дослідження ФОП Потапчук Л. В. розроблено та обґрунтовано шляхи покращення конкурентних переваг підприємства за результатами проведеного аналізу. Основні теоретичні положення та висновки доведені до рівня прикладних рекомендацій у сфері управління підприємством та апробовані у діяльності ФОП Потапчук Л. В. Київська обл., Обухівський р-н, с. Дибинці.

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical issues and substantiation of practical directions for improving the process of analyzing competitive advantages at the enterprise. Based on the research conducted by the individual entrepreneur Potapchuk L. V., the ways to improve the competitive advantages of the enterprise based on the results of the analysis were developed and substantiated. The main theoretical provisions and conclusions are brought to the level of applied recommendations in the field of enterprise management and tested in the activities of the individual entrepreneur Potapchuk L.V. Kyiv region, Obukhiv district, Dybintsy village.
