Abstract:	By combing the research status of GIS (Geographic Information System) and emergency management system, from the characteristics of GIS emergency management system, based on the interface layout visual design, found the common problems in the design and operation process, put forward the corresponding design solution strategy, so as to help the GIS emergency management system interface design and the improvement of man-machine efficacy operation performance.
