The article discusses the prerequisites for creating an effective operating model, including strategic planning, resources, supply chain, process optimization and technological innovation. The article discusses in detail the importance of each of these prerequisites and their relationship to the achievement of successful enterprise performance. The article also emphasizes the need for continuous monitoring and analysis of results, as well as the role of personnel and training in the implementation of the operating model. The conclusions of the article emphasize the importance of constant adaptation and innovation in the field of operational activities of enterprises to ensure their competitiveness and successful functioning in the market.
