Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the optimal approaches to the validation of fluidized bed systems, in which formation and drying of granules aresequentially performed. The investigation has been conducted on the example of the plant model Glatt l/VSG 200 by applying commonly known method analysis of the process critical parameters and critical equipment components of modern fluidized bed systems for product quality, in which two processing steps - the granular mass formation and drying are combined in a single production cycle.
