Abstract

В статті аналізується принцип індивідуалізації та диференціації навчання, як психологічні передумови підвищення ефективності навчально-виховного процесу у вищій школі.

Principle of individualization and differentiation of studies is analysed in the article, as psychological pre-conditions of increase of efficiency of educational-educator process at higher school. They promote efficiency of studies, education and development of students considerably. Development and introduction of pedagogical innovations in this industry are one of perspective directions of scientific researches, that needs development as at the level of educational process in separate establishment so in the scales of all system of higher education.
