Дизайн-проектування розвиваючого килимка з трикотажу

Abstract

Мета роботи – розробка асортименту дитячих іграшок з текстилю. Для реалізації поставленої мети здійснено дизайн-проектування трикотажного розвиваючого килимка, вибір ігор для малюка та обрано види сировини й переплетення для його виготовлення на в'язальному обладнанні. Досліджено зміни лінійних розмірів розроблених зразків трикотажу після мокрих обробок, а також визначено їх релаксаційні характеристики. Проаналізовано вимоги щодо створення дитячого розвиваючого килимка, розроблено його дизайн та функціональні ігрові елементи, які сприяють розвитку дрібної моторики, слуху, зору, координації рухів та сприйняттю кольорів дітей ясельного віку.

The purpose is development of assortment of children's toys made of textiles. In order to achieve the goals set the designing of knitted educational rug, games for a kid and types of textile and interweaving are selected for the production thereof on the knitting machine. The requirements regarding the creation of a children's educational rug are analyzed, its design and functional game elements, which contribute to the development of fine motor skills, sense of hearing and vision, motion coordination and color perception of toddlers. The work includes the analysis of assortment of children's toys made of textiles. Types of textile toys and their effect on the harmonious development of children of different age groups are described. Factors that have influence on children's knowledge of the world using a textile toy are defined. In this regard, based on the analysis such natural raw materials as cotton and bamboo are proposed to make knitted toys. The test samples of knitted fabrics are developed for the designing of functional elements of educational rug. Toys made of textiles become dirty very quickly and deform when used. Therefore, the study of changes in the linear sizes of knitwear after washing and its relaxation properties has important practical value. The study also established the influence of wet treatment on shape change of elements of knitwear structure depending on type of interweaving and raw material, using an electron microscope. The results obtained allow to establish industrial production of educational play rugs made of knitwear for toddlers.
