Формування нормативно-правової бази розвитку національного дизайну

Abstract

В роботі обґрунтовується необхідність внесення змін до діючого Положення про Міністерство культури України, в процесі створення нормативно-правової бази для розвитку національного дизайну. Метою роботи є конкретні пропозиції, що дадуть змогу ввести поняття "дизайн" в основний документ, на підставі якого діє Міністерство культури України, і дасть можливість центральному органу виконавчої влади забезпечувати формування та реалізацію державної політики в сфері дизайну.

The article deals with the necessity of amending the current Regulation on the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, in the process of creating a legal and regulatory framework for the development of national design. The purpose of the given study is to provide definite proposals that will enable the concept of "design" to be introduced into the main document based on which the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine operates. It will help the central executive body to ensure the formation and implementation of state policy into the field of design.
