Дослідження впливу формальдегіду на амінокислотний склад відпрацьованих зольних розчинів

Abstract

Influence of methods unhairing and liming on aminoacid composition of waste liquors is investigated. It is shown, that use of formaldehyde during an immunization of the hair by calcium hydroxide promotes decrease in them of total of amino acids, including diaminocarbonic, aminodicarbonic and sulfur amino acid. lt is established, that with participation of formaldehyde and of awake groups of aboveenumerated amino acids and -SOH and-SH groups in frame of keratin are formed the communications, which supplementary steady against action of alkaline reagents. These communications promote safety of a hair and the protection of environment.
