Аналіз існуючих підходів до побудови організаційно-економічного механізму формування та розвитку інноваційного потенціалу підприємств легкої промисловості

Abstract

В статті проведено аналіз праць науковців, який дає підстави узагальнити, що структура організаційно-економічного механізму інноваційної діяльності на промисловому підприємстві в загальному вигляді може бути подана як низка поетапних кроків. Така послідовність дозволяє на підставі отриманих результатів сформувати обґрунтований збалансований комплекс заходів для реалізації обраної стратегії. Варто зазначити, що перед тим, як перейти до реалізації механізму, подальша увага має бути зосереджена на виборі інструментарію реалізації інноваційних заходів, доборі учасників, визначенні джерел фінансування та оптимізації їх структури. Доведено, що оскільки основою ефективного функціонування промислових підприємств є вдосконалення організаційно-економічного механізму управління інноваційним потенціалом у напрямі ефективного розвитку наявних інноваційних ресурсів, то процес розроблення організаційно-економічного механізму управління інноваційним потенціалом підприємств включає комплекс відповідного методологічного, методичного та організаційного інструментарію. Використання на практиці запропонованого організаційно-економічного механізму управління формуванням та розвитком інноваційного потенціалу інтегрованих структур бізнесу підприємствами легкої промисловості дозволить: сформувати конкретні стратегічні цілі щодо формування та розвитку інноваційного потенціалу підприємств легкої промисловості; розробити та впровадити інноваційну стратегію розвитку підприємства на основі визначеної моделі розвитку інноваційного потенціалу; виявляти конкурентоспроможні підприємства за рівнем їх інноваційного потенціалу; створити та підтримувати економічно вигідні відносини зі стейкхолдерами інноваційного процесу; запроваджувати інноваційні стратегічні рішення щодо подальшої інноваційної реструктуризації підприємств, залучення коштів стейкхолдерів, упровадження результатів НДДКР та диверсифікації продукції; здійснити прогноз та провести реальне оцінювання ефективності використання та реалізації інноваційного потенціалу підприємства.

The article analyzes the works of scientists, which gives grounds to generalize that the structure of the organizational and economic mechanism of innovation at an industrial enterprise in general can be represented as a series of step-by-step steps. This sequence allows, on the basis of the results obtained, to form a well-founded balanced set of measures to implement the chosen strategy. It should be noted that before proceeding to the implementation of the mechanism, further attention should be focused on the choice of tools for the implementation of innovative activities, selection of participants, identification of funding sources and optimization of their structure. It is proved that since the basis for the effective functioning of industrial enterprises is the improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing innovative potential in the direction of the effective development of existing innovative resources, the process of developing an organizational and economic mechanism for managing the innovative potential of enterprises includes a set of appropriate methodological, methodological and organizational tools. Practical use of the proposed organizational and economic mechanism for managing the formation and development of the innovative potential of integrated business structures by light industry enterprises will allow: to form specific strategic goals for the formation and development of the innovative potential of light industry enterprises; develop and implement an innovative enterprise development strategy based on a specific model for the development of innovative potential; identify competitive enterprises in terms of their innovative potential; create and maintain cost-effective relationships with stakeholders in the innovation process; introduce innovative strategic solutions for further innovative restructuring of enterprises, attract funds from stakeholders, introduce R&D results and product diversification; make a forecast and make real assessments of the effectiveness of the use and implementation of the innovative potential of the enterprise.
