Abstract:	In clause the technology of preparation trusts of flax where process of destruction of pectinaceous substances is carried out in humidified flax straw under action mould mushrooms or bacteria in artificial conditions is submitted. These conditions allow to create optimum temperature of process and concen tration of humidifying solutions.
